The Challenge

Enterprise organizations often have valuable information distributed across ERP systems, databases, documents and operational workflows.
Accessing this information traditionally requires users to navigate multiple applications, understand complex processes and manually move information between systems.
The challenge was to introduce AI capabilities without replacing the underlying enterprise systems.
To enable employees and business processes to interact with enterprise information more naturally while maintaining appropriate controls over data and workflows

The Solution

Build and integrate AI-enabled solution that connect intelligent agents with ERP platforms, enterprise data and business processes.​
Automate process to extract ERP system data into files for AI Agent processing.
Process the files through AI Agents backed by modern LLMs and AI models.
AI models and workflows include Machine Learning models, Time Series models, OpenAI LLMs and n8n workflows
AI generated analytics gets showcased on User Dashboard.
Analytics are also imported into SAP/ERP system for further processing.

Implementation Process​

ERP Integration Layer

ERP integration layer interfaces with SAP/ERP System for data extraction.
Inventory and sales data are exported out of SAP daily basis on on specific schedule.

Data Processing​

Data is validated for format consistency. Data validation & cleansing processes standardises the data.
Data is transformed and further processed before storing in database.

03.

AI Agents

AI Agents backed by several supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, time-series models are integrated.
OpenAI models and LLMs are integrated for Generative AI features.

04.

Backend Engine

Backend engine gathers various system data, business data, user inputs and AI generated outputs.
It combines several data and links them to specific product and product category.

05.

User Interface​​​

User interface is built using modern javascript framework.
The user interface displays graphs, charts and tables for AI predictions to be compared with actuals.

06.

Reports

Excel formatted reports with AI predicted content along with actuals were made available.
Reports were also made available in PDF format displaying charts & graphs.
